Procedure/Condition for New Voter Registration:
The documents required to apply the registration are as follows :- 

1. Proof of Residency i.e.
   I. Bank / Kisan / Post Office current Pass Book,
   II. Applicants Ration Card / Passport / Driving License. 
   III. Latest Water / Telephone / Electricity / Gas Connection Bill for that address, either in the name of the applicant or that of his / her immediate relation like parents etc., or
   IV. Postal department’s posts received / delivered to the applicant’s .
2.  One Passport Size Colored Photographs with a light background (preferably white) showing the full face of the applicant.
3. Age Proof (Birth Certificate, 10th class DMC etc.)
4. One can register his/her name in Electoral Roll by filling  Form No 6.
