Procedure/Condition for Duplicate Voter Card
The documents required to apply are as follows :-
Copy of Fir in the Case of Loss voter card
Payment Slip of 25 Rupees Through Treasury Challan
Orignal Voter Card if any Correction
Two Passport Size Colored Photographs with a light background (preferably
white) showing the full face of the applicant.
Duly filled Duplicate Form.
